Two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication adds a one-time code to your sign-in flow, on top of your password. We strongly recommend turning it on — your account holds protected health information and the password alone is not enough.

To enable it, open SettingsSecurity and follow the prompts to register an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, etc.).

We’re writing the longer guide (recovery codes, replacing a lost device, what happens if your authenticator app is on a phone you no longer have). If you’re locked out today, email admin@fledgepractice.com from the email address on your account and we can help you recover access.
