Refunding a payment

Open the paid invoice and click Refund. You can refund the full amount or a partial amount; refunds typically land back on the original card in 5–10 business days, depending on the card issuer.

We’re writing the longer guide (partial refunds, refund vs. credit memo, what happens to the matching session record). For now, if you need to refund something unusual — disputed charge, wrong amount, refund to a different card — email admin@fledgepractice.com.
